Becky’s Fabulous 30th Birthday Sun 31st May 2026 🎉

Set against the stunning bushland backdrop of Homestead Estate Retreat’s Moonrise Farm , Rosa Brook just outside of Margaret River, Becky celebrated her milestone birthday surrounded by her beautiful family and a small group of special friends, an intimate gathering of around 19 guests.

What a fun and interactive experience it was! We slurped our way through 18 dozen Coffin Bay Oyster Farm oysters, supplied by Fins Seafood, and washed them down with plenty of Bloody Mary oyster shots. Delicious toppings were on offer, including ADELO FOODS "Spiced Apple Cider Vinegar", which proved to be a crowd favourite.

The oysters were beautifully paired with Shepherd's Hut Wines ‘Blanc de Blanc 2024’, making for a truly memorable feast.

While the weather outside was wild and treacherous, inside we were warm and cosy by the crackling log fire, completely immersed in the party atmosphere. Personally, I much prefer eating oysters during the cooler months, it just feels right.

Thank you, Becky, for including me in your very special 30th birthday celebrations. It was an absolute pleasure to be part of such a wonderful day. 🦪🥂✨

24/04/2026. An unforgettable wedding set at a private coastal residence, where next-level elegance met the wild beauty of the South West Busselton Beach, the view unfolding effortlessly from the rear of the property to the sweeping coastline, creating a breath taking backdrop for the ceremony.

Freshly shucked Tasmanian/Duck Bay oysters from Tasmanian Oyster Co., supplied by Fins Seafood, served from the skilled hand of Lady J 🦪✨, became the highlight of the after-ceremony cocktail hour, 22 dozen savoured by their treasured guests who simply couldn’t get enough.

With flags at full mast adding a timeless, sentimental touch, every detail spoke of refined celebration and effortless luxury.

Sea breeze, ocean views, and exquisite indulgence… elegance at its very best.

✨Boots & Bling 45th Birthday Bash✨

An effortlessly warm and down-to-earth evening, filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments shared with the most wonderful people, all gathered in celebration of dearly loved Jess.

The freshly shucked oysters 🦪 were a standout feature, 250+ guests welcomed at cocktail hour and 30 dozen Duck Bay, Tasmanian Oyster Co. oyster suppled by Fins Seafood beautifully prepared and all thoroughly enjoyed. A steady flow of returning guests made their way back for just one more, repeat “oyster offenders” (as I called them 😄). Alongside the incredible food trucks and handcrafted cocktails, the good times just kept flowing.

As the sun set in Naturaliste, South West, the sky unfolded in the most breath taking hues while family and friends danced with pure “footloose energy,” to , 💃🕺they sang along and soaked in every moment beneath those golden skies.

Francesca & Thomas — a stunning love story for the ages.

Set against the spectacular backdrop of Swings & Roundabouts, Yallingup, WA, their wedding day was nothing short of magical ✨ Every moment flowed effortlessly into the next, creating a celebration no one will forget.

When I was asked to shuck fresh oysters for their big day, there was no doubt my answer would be… I WILL! 💍🦪😄

And those “wow, that’s SO fresh” and “okay, I need another one” moments… 🤤 guests indulging in Leeuwin Coast Albany Rock, WA Oysters, freshly supplied by Fins Seafood — an absolute highlight of the champagne hour!

Thorny Devil Craft Beer & Cider., Fire & Ice turned up the heat to launch Channel 7 Mandurah Crab Fest in spectacular style! 🔥🦀❄️
Curated by CMS Events, the ultimate opening celebration lit up the Mandurah Eastern Foreshore on the evening of Friday 13 March. Guests indulged in smokehouse BBQ feasts, ice-cold craft brews, live entertainment, celebrity appearances and a buzzing photo Perth Social Booth.

It was a crowd favourite for sure, the live oyster-shucking station with yours truly, serving up freshly shucked Tasmanian Oyster Co. oysters supplied by Fins Seafood.

Adding to the flavour, acclaimed chef Diana Chan wowed the crowd with an exciting live cooking demonstration, celebrating the star of the festival, delicious Crab!!.

With perfect weather, great food, and plenty of smiling faces, the night delivered the perfect fiery kickoff to the festivities. Thanks for having me.

Another beautiful wedding celebration to be a part of.

The reception was held at a delightful private family residence in Wonnerup, in the beautiful South West, surrounded by wonderful people, so much joy, brightly coloured dresses, and plenty of snappy chaps in their sharp attire.

There was an abundance of great food and drinks, live music, and even a memorable first-time solo serenade from the groom.

We shucked 20 dozen fresh oysters early in the day, luckily I had an extra 4 dozen on hand, that were quickly devoured as well. Guests of all ages enjoyed them, I quietly put a plate each aside to make sure the Bride and Groom got a few before the crowd cleaned them up! When Tasmanian Oyster Co. Pacific oysters are on the menu, supplied by Fins Seafood they’re certainly a crowd favourite.

A big thanks to Bel and Cam for having me, wishing you a lifetime of love and happiness. 🦪

Weddings with oysters — a vow that should never be broken.

When the mother and father of the bride unveiled a surprise live oyster shucking station, it was more than a gesture; it was an offering of love, a celebration of generosity for everyone to enjoy — and something they knew their daughter would cherish.

The bride’s delight — a soft squeal, a lighthearted jump, that unguarded happiness — was pure joy to witness.

Guests gathered eagerly in the beautiful gardens at Chandeliers on Abbey, and before the evening had fully unfolded, twenty-five dozen Tasmanian oysters had been joyfully devoured. With every briny taste of the sea came murmurs of admiration — compliments flowing as freely as the champagne.

Undoubtedly, it was quality at its finest, beautifully supplied by Fins Seafood .
