✨Dinner ✨
Salads don’t have to be boring lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion.
My secret for a perfect salad is to have a mixture of grains, nuts, seeds, sweetness, roast veggies, sprouts and herbs .
But most importantly , a good salad dressing 😉
My staple:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp hummus
1/2 tsp minced garlic

Carrot Muffin 🌈
An oldie but a goodie, this has been one of my most popular recipes!
Gluten & Dairy Free , this moist and fluffy muffin is made out of coconut nectar, almonds and spices and topped with a cashew & Vanilla frosting 🤤
