As a self confessed ‘foodie’, I have always loved healthy, delicious food. The result was this muesli.

This was particularly the case after the birth of the first of my five babies, when one of my goals was to get back into shape. Finding it difficult to get a sufficiently delicious cereal that was also ‘good for me’ on the supermarket shelves, I came to the conclusion that it would simply be better to make my own. So I set about the task of making something delicious but with the challenge of usin

g ingredients that were organic and totally natural while avoiding refined sugars, sulphates and all things artificial. Tried and tested on my little lovelies (Editor’s note: her 5 discerning children) and delighted by our friends’ feedback, we were then pressured to supply larger quantities.
