Tonight we're putting on a French feast in celebration of Bastille Day🇫🇷

First up is a mouth-watering Beef Bourguignon by Mordeo Sydney with 12 hour slow cooked beef in red w**e, served on a bed of soft polenta, pickled onion, carrot and gremolata butter.

Followed by a flaky Barramundi Pie by with a lightly creamy ch*****ne and mushroom sauce with fresh herbs and velvet mash topped up with a buttery crispy pastry.
