🌿 THREE GREAT FLAVOURISTA BLENDS FOR EGGS 🍳

Whether you’re making quiche, scrambled eggs, omelettes or egg muffins, these three are little flavour bombs.

🌿 Chive & Onion ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My pick for quiche!
Onion, parsley, chives, Himalayan salt and oregano. It gives eggs that classic savoury onion-and-herb flavour without having to chop a thing.

🧄 Thyme for Garlic ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Garlic, oregano, chives, celery seed, basil, thyme and salt.
I’d choose this when you want a more garlicky, Mediterranean-style quiche. Think tomato, zucchini, feta, spinach or prosciutto. 🤤

🥕 Veggie-Normous ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Carrot, onion, red bell pepper, garlic, chives, cracked black pepper, lemon zest, celery leaf and salt.
This one would be gorgeous in scrambled eggs, omelettes, frittatas and egg muffins, especially when you’re throwing in whatever veggies are hiding in the fridge.

what wound you choose for your Quiche???

For my quiche with eggs, cottage cheese, zucchini, tomato and prosciutto, I would choose Chive & Onion.

🌿🥚 is what i choose: Chive and Onion spice blend.

It’s almost tailor-made for what i am cooking. The blend has onion, parsley, chives, Himalayan salt and oregano, and the packet itself recommends it for quiches.

The prosciutto already brings a strong salty savoury flavour, the tomato brings sweetness/acidity, and the zucchini is mild. Chive & Onion will enhance everything without taking over.

I’d use 1 tablespoon to start for your 6-egg quiche. If you LOVE a stronger herby flavour, go up to 1½ tablespoons. I wouldn’t add extra salt because both the seasoning and prosciutto contain salt.

Second choice: Thyme for Garlic if you want it much more garlicky and Mediterranean.

Third choice: Veggie-Normous. I’d save that one for scrambled eggs, frittatas, savoury muffins or roast veggies where its carrot, capsicum, garlic and lemon flavours can have more room to play.

So for today’s creation: Chive & Onion wins the quiche crown. 👑🥚🌿

4. Kylie Pantry Experiment 💚
(Tristyn loves this recipe)

Try blending:

* 1 can chickpeas
* 2 tbsp Flavourista Chocolate Powder
* 1 ripe banana
* Splash almond milk

The banana completely transforms the texture and sweetness, creating something between a chocolate mousse and chocolate yogurt.

best thing ever…..Most people won’t guess the secret ingredient is chickpeas! 🌿🍫✨

Bonus: If you freeze the mixture for 1-2 hours, it becomes a healthy chocolate “nice cream” style dessert.

Your Welcome.

Apple cider vinegar + warm water 🍎

A gentle morning drink idea:

1 glass warm water
1–2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Optional: squeeze of lemon + tiny drizzle of honey.

Best taken before food, but not on an empty stomach if it upsets your tummy.

Little reminder: ACV is strong, so always dilute it and rinse your mouth after to protect your teeth.

🐟🥒 What I made (and why it works)

* 🐟 Tuna
* 🧡 Chickpeas
* 🥒 Zucchini
* 🌿 flavourista lemon/tarragon blend 👀)
* 🥛 Creamy base (milk or coconut/cream)

👉 This is basically a creamy Mediterranean-style tuna soup
…with a rustic, nourishing twist.

💛 What’s works really well

* Chickpeas + tuna → protein-packed, filling, balanced
* Zucchini → softens everything + adds moisture
* Herbs → you’ve layered flavour without needing much else
* Creamy base → makes it comforting and gentle

This is very much:

🌿 Did you know this tiny spice holds BIG power?

Clove… it’s not just for baking or Christmas flavours 👀
It’s one of those quiet kitchen staples that’s been doing the heavy lifting for years.

✨ Supports immunity
✨ Helps digestion + gut health
✨ Naturally antimicrobial
✨ Can ease inflammation
✨ Supports oral health
✨ Warming, grounding, calming

And something I love…
It’s not just about what we eat.

It’s about how we use food as support for our bodies.

That pot in the image?
Think simple rituals…

☕ Clove tea
🍲 Slow-cooked broths
🍠 Spiced sweet potato soups
🍐 Stewed fruits (perfect for gut health + soft foods too)

Food can be comfort…
but it can also be care.

Small ingredients.
Big impact.

That’s the Flavourista way 💛
