We will be at Haig Park Village Markets from 8am–2pm, serving two special Colombian dishes created especially for this fundraiser: Ajiaco Colombiano and Arroz con Leche 🇨🇴

🍲 100% of the proceeds from these two special dishes will be donated to support people affected in Colombia, with a focus on rural communities and vulnerable populations with .co

And because this is about community will also be joining us from 10am–2pm with face painting, paper craft kits and giant bubbles, helping raise funds for the same cause.

Whether you come for a bowl of Ajiaco, something sweet, a face paint, or simply to show your support, every little bit can make a difference.

Yesterday was one of those days we'll remember for a long time🇨🇴

Celebrating Colombia's Independence Day so far from home didn't feel like being far from home at all. It felt like family.

A heartfelt thank you to Sergio and everyone at Cesar's Café for creating a space where Colombian businesses could come together to celebrate our culture and share a little piece of home with Canberra.

To everyone who came, waited patiently and supported every small business, thank you. We honestly never imagined we would sell out in just 4 hours. We were completely blown away.

One of our favourite moments is when people come back after their first bite just to tell us how much they loved the food. Yesterday, one customer couldn't find us at Haig Park, checked our Instagram, discovered where we were and made the trip just for our patacón. Moments like that remind us why we do what we do.

We're incredibly proud to represent Colombia through our food. For fellow Colombians, we hope every bite brings back a taste of home. For everyone discovering our cuisine for the first time, we hope you leave with a little piece of Colombia in your heart.

Cooking has always been my love language. Every dish is made with care, tradition and the hope of bringing people together.

Alongside our trailer, we now have our very own branded tent and honestly … it feels surreal!

What started as a little dream keeps growing thanks to every person that visits us, supports us and follows us wherever we go.

Bringing Colombia to the community fills us with so much pride and now doing it under our own little CUNDO tent makes it even more special 🧡
