What started as a little dream keeps growing thanks to every person that visits us, supports us and follows us wherever we go.

I turned love into a plate… and it tastes like this 🧡

This one was inspired by my wife.

She’s a mum, my everyday muse, and the heart of our home. I wanted to create something special to celebrate her this Mother’s Day, so I turned that feeling into this dish.

It’s a shredded chicken patacón — crispy, juicy, comforting, and made with a lot of love.

What started as a personal tribute… I now want to share with you all.

I’ll be bringing this special creation this Sunday for Mumfest at Haig Park Village Markets from 8am–2pm 🌿

Come celebrate mums with us the best way I know how… through food made with love✨

Tomorrow our trailer will be at the Grupo Niche concert — a truly special moment for us. Being from Valle del Cauca, this music has been part of my life since I was little, so this one hits straight to the heart 🇨🇴✨
