The TM7’s light strip changes colour (I call it the smile) based on the approximate temperature in the mixing bowl:
🟢 Green: up to around 45°C
🟡 Yellow: warming through the middle temperature range
🟠Orange: getting hotter
🔴 Red: around 80°C and above
The colour gradually transitions rather than switching at exact temperatures, so it’s best used as a quick visual indication rather than a precise temperature reading.
💡 Pulsing light: This indicates the TM7 is actively heating and/or mixing.
So if you glance over and see the light changing from 🟢 → 🟡 → 🟠→ 🔴, you can get an instant idea of how hot your bowl is getting without checking the screen. 🙌
