There are so many great events on offer throughout September, from walking groups, fitness classes and yoga to wellness workshops, park runs and more.

Take a look through the calendar and find something that suits you. It’s a great opportunity to get moving, try something new, connect with the community and prioritise your wellbeing.

This is disappointing to post… please read 🤎

Today I had 3 no-shows across both beauty & sauna appointments.
I’d love to say that this has been the first 3 but unfortunately it’s becoming a more regular occurrence 😞

No text to say sorry.
No “I forgot.”
Nothing… just silence.

That means 3 appointment spots that could have been filled, and time that I could have spent with my family, instead spent trying to contact people who simply didn’t turn up.

Now, I completely understand that things happen. Sickness, children, emergencies and unexpected circumstances are all part of life. I am very sympathetic to these situations, and if you contact me directly with a reasonable amount of notice, I will always do my best to work with you and reschedule your appointment. 🤍

Unfortunately, due to the number of recent no-shows, I have now had to implement a 50% booking deposit for ALL appointments.

Please don’t stress, this is not an extra charge.
Your 50% deposit comes OFF the total cost of your appointment, so you are simply paying part of your appointment upfront to secure your booking.

I really don’t want to have to put policies like this in place, but as a small business, my time is my income and when an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot be recovered.

🔥 Saunas: 7am–2pm

If you pop in for a coffee after 9am, you may just need to wait a few minutes while I finish up with a client 🫶🏼

You’ve all been so lovely while I find my feet and figure out how to split myself into three people 😂🤍 I’m so grateful for all the support!

If you can make it in before 9am for your coffee, I highly recommend it 🙌🏼☕️
