So much happening in the garden at the moment with all this warm weather.
We have available for sale a small assortment of asparagus, lettuce, spinach, rainbow silverbeet,carrots, snow peas,celery and the last of the red cabbage. All grown without the use of chemical sprays or pesticides.
The beetroot have already been cooked, sliced and bottled, everything is is ready to pick as needed.

Last night's dinner- Thai red curry prawns and rice.

The curry paste was made from scratch using our homegrown vegetable produce including chillis,
lemongrass, ginger, coriander, garlic, spring onions and kaffir lime leaves.

Delicious, although Noah ranked it 7.5 out of 10. He said the satay chicken is still the winner .

2nd time trying to grow sweet potatoes. 1st was a fail, but we hit the jackpot this time.
11 kilos of white sweet potato now ready to cure for later usage. 7 months from recollection from planting to harvest. Apparently, they crisp better then an orange variety, so I hope they make some gorgeous sweet potato fries.
