The Signature Onfarm team had a fantastic week at the 2026 ICMJ Northern Conference in Rockhampton!

The conference offered a valuable platform to deepen industry knowledge whilst strengthening connections with likeminded people across the Australian beef sector.

We were also fortunate to hear from our founder, Josie Angus, who shared insights on Australia beef brands meeting global demand along with building carcase value in an integrated beef business.

A huge congratulations to Joe Kermode, Phoebe Robinson, Georgia McKeown, Bronte Griffin, Archie Moore and Natanya Kay, along with Lauren Angus for her exceptional coaching and guidance!

Positive, hardworking and never short of a laugh, Mils brings both capability and character to the Sig Onfarm team.

After finishing school in 2021, Mils completed a Cert III in Stock Horse Performance and Breeding at Tocal College, graduating with Merit and Tocal special award. Since the, she’s gained hands on experience in a large NSW feedlot and contract mustering in North QLD.

Now in her APC role, Mils is in the thick of operations, developing a deep understanding of the entire paddock to plate process. When she’s not on the job you’ll likely find her in the campdraft area or spending time with friends!
