A special one — celebrating my bonus daughter Mia turning 18 🩷
Vanilla cake with raspberry curd, pulled pork sliders, trifle dot cake and caramelised white chocolate mousse. Didn’t get photos of everything, but loved creating it all for her special night.

Pistachio & strawberry choux 🍓🌿
Filled with pistachio cream pâtissière and strawberry gel, topped with whipped white chocolate pistachio cream, strawberry gel and freeze dried strawberries. Finished with fresh strawberries for the perfect balance of creamy, crunchy and fresh 🤍

A beautiful day at Co.Bake Space with Alisha Henderson, learning more about piping and hand-painted cake details.

I took the chance to create something inspired by the style of cake I would have loved to make for Mykelti, and it was so nice to spend time refining these techniques in such a creative space.

Very lucky for Candice, who has a birthday tomorrow 😂🎂✨
