Chai Hot Toddy - The perfect Winter Warmer ❄️

Add -

- Finely grated 1.5inch stick of ginger
- 1/8th lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of honey

Into a teapot with 110ml of boiling water

Let steep for 10 minutes (We like a big ginger hit, feel free to shorten this time if you prefer it more mild).

Add 45ml of Anara Chai Liqueur, stir, garnish and enjoy!

Anara was born from 2 different people and their distinct cultures coming together to make something unique.

1 half from India and the other half from Champage, France.

This distillation room in a small town of 40 inhabitants in rural France was where Swan learned to make spirits with his father & grandfather in this 200 year old copper still.

They would make a variety of spirits but particularly "Eau de Vie" which translates to "Water of Life".

This is made from 100kg of fruit which would be collected from local trees and would make roughly 10L of this very precious drink.

They even still have a bottle made by Swan's grandfather that was buried underground during WW2 to be preserved and hidden!
