Used up some very ripe bananas with a batch of banana muffins 🍌 (too good not to!)
Ran out of rice flour… so we just milled our own 🙌
Whipped up a zucchini slice – the only way I can get my daughter to eat eggs 😂
AND got a whole chook steaming away ready for dinner tonight 🍗

One of those productive mornings where everything just comes together ✨

Dumplings night! 🥟
All made using recipes from Cookidoo®️.

I made the dumpling wrappers from scratch and filled them with Jiao Zi (Chinese dumplings) – swapping the traditional pork mince for chicken breast and blitzing it in the Thermy.

Some were steamed in the Varoma, and the rest were pan-fried for that perfect crispy base. So tasty either way!

Sunday roast… on a Monday!

With a little help from Cookidoo®️, tonight’s dinner featured:
🥦 Cauliflower Gratin
🌿 Rosemary & Eschalot Gravy

I also blitzed fresh garlic and rosemary in the Thermomix to coat the lamb before roasting — it turned out absolutely delicious.
