There’s a certain kind of energy that happens at Skigh when great producers come together. New Wave captured that feeling from the very first pour.

Across the weekend, felt alive with people tasting, talking, and discovering the region through the producers who poured with us. Today we’re spotlighting those who brought serious quality and a lot of personality to our cellar door:

It was a rare chance to see so many boundary-pushing labels in one place, connecting directly with the people who shape the future of the region.

and set the pace with masterclasses that sharpened the palate and elevated the whole experience, a genuine highlight of the weekend… As part of , New Wave was one chapter in a weekend shaped by the phenomenal .are.gather and 🫶🫶

Over at this evening:

Producer Series (vol 11!) is back tonight with the legends from pouring tastings at the tables from 4–7pm…

Bar’s open as usual, good beers flowing, and our Bottom of the Bottle jackpot has climbed to $400.

What a weekend…. Saturday arvo at New Wave eased in with that calm, golden rhythm… the kind that hinted the night was going somewhere.

Huge thanks to the winemakers who poured, the chefs who kept everyone fed, for his masterclasses, and the DJs who never missed a beat (or a moment) all weekend.

We’re genuinely grateful to everyone who wandered in, tasted with us, and helped build the energy for the night ahead.
