Let's go flash!
We are out spur pruning in the Cabernet block, setting up for V2027. These vines got reworked a few years back, the structure is looking good now and yield is sitting pretty at around 5T/ha, dry grown. 👌

Cane pruning 101
Its been a beautiful pruning season so far, low rainfall, sunny days. Sounds dreamy but it puts the pressure on, the season is roughly 3 weeks ahead. This warmth is causing some of the vines to start the season just a little too early!

Well the 90’s dinner The Tiller Farm pulled off last night was all time!
Everything was made by George and the Tiller team, right down to the chip packets and Yogo tub with George’s face on it.

First up there was the chips, LeSnack style cheesy truffle dip, pâté puddin’ and of course, our Aussie fave- fairy bread.

Next up was alphabet fish fingers and frankfurts, which I forgot to snap a pic of!

Roast chook, mash and beans had everyone licking their plates for main course.

Dessert was a Milo magnum, choccy Yogo, cake
and of course some 90’s sherrrrberrrt, complete with edible dolla bills, which surprised everyone and brought the lols. 🤣

What an incredible night!
