Want to know more about the TM7 and what’s new?!
🥣 Both TM6 and TM7 bowls have the same 2.2L capacity and the blades are IDENTICAL in both models making them interchangeable. However the bowls themselves are not — you can’t use a TM6 bowl on the TM7, and vice versa.
⚖️ The TM7 bowl has a new insulated casing, so the outside stays cool to touch while cooking. It also helps retain both hot and cold temperature. That extra insulation makes the TM7 bowl a bit heavier than the TM6.
🔒 The TM7 has a new lever-style blade locking mechanism, making it quicker and easier to secure or remove the blade.
🧢 The new design TM7 lid has a lid cap instead of a measuring cup that sits on top and no big hole in the lid. The cap is removable and stops food splatter while letting the steam escape. There is no need for a splash guard with the new design lid.
🏄♀️ Also no need to use a glider board with the new TM7 as it has a built in glider in the base. This also makes it sleek and minimal on the kitchen bench.
🔊 The sound comparison is amazing! The TM7 motor is silent at speeds below speed 2. When you use anything above speed 2, you will of course still hear it but it is definitely more dampened than the TM6.
🧑🍳 When using the new Open Cooking mode, or when using speeds up to speed 2, the lid and bowl don’t lock in. This new mode allows you to cook without the lid on and allows for manual stirring and checking of ingredients inside the bowl as the lid can be lifted off. Once you go above speed 2, the lid and bowl lock in securely.
✔️ Another new feature is the machine allows you to tick the ingredients off as you add them to the bowl or automatically ticks off the ingredients or you can leave them unticked if you like. This makes the whole cooking process a lot faster.
📺 The big 10 inch touch screen is also very responsive, in turn helping to streamline and get through a recipe faster and makes searching and scrolling much quicker too. There is no k**b on the TM7, it is all a touch screen.
🖼️ The big colour screen also features amazing graphics with instructions which I love!
