Another wonderful piece of feedback from a happy customer:

" The flavour is unreal. Really, really good steaks. We absolutely love ours.

I gave Mum some topside schnitzel and she said the beef was so good she just had hers plain on bread and butter. She loved it.

I much prefer the flavour over our previous farm order. We ended up with right on 20kg of meat and received around 4 to 5kg more overall than we had from other suppliers. The flavour was unmatched.

The only thing we were disappointed in was that they minced their brisket, whereas my partner and I love to cook with brisket. I'm sure their brisket would have been chef's kiss. "

We love receiving honest feedback, and this customer was absolutely right about the brisket.

Since this order, we have updated our cut sheet and whole brisket is now a standard inclusion in our boxes. We are always listening to our customers and looking for ways to make our beef boxes even better.

This is the best part of farming.

Working with a mob of healthy, quiet, pregnant heifers. Seeding is almost finished, we've had some welcome rain already and there's more forecast for next week.

Farming cattle and selling beef certainly has its challenges. Seasons change, costs rise, and there is always something that needs fixing. But moments like this are a reminder of why we do it.
