Let’s welcome Jake The Brew Burger 🍔 🍻
He is going to be our resident burger man working along side us at Big Niles Brewing Co!
Starting tomorrow (Thursday 17th) from 4:30pm, he will be here week in week out serving up the goods to accompany our craft b**rs!

Usual hours will be as follows:
Thursdays 3pm - Close of Brewery
Fridays 3pm - Close of Brewery
Saturdays 12pm - Close of Brewery
Sundays 12pm - Close of Brewery

Last night we picked up 4 Bronze and 2 Silver medals at the 2026 Australian International B**r Awards. Beyond stoked to have my b**rs judged by some of best national and international judges and alongside some of the best and biggest breweries in the world.

The Doghouse DIPA picked up a Silver in the American Style Imperial or Double India Pale Ale category and also a Bronze in the best Label/Surface Graphic category which was designed by up on the Gold Coast.

Borrowed Time picked up a silver in Juicy/Hazy Double or Imperial India Pale Ale category

Gus Gold got a Bronze in West Coast Style India Pale Ale category

Rowdy’s Red got a Bronze in Red India Pale Ale category

Double NEIPA got a Bronze in Juicy/Hazy Double or Imperial India Pale Ale category

What a stunning day for a Red IPA. You can purchase our b**rs on our website - link is in our BIO. Cracking bright red in colour with a thick off white head, loaded up with American and New Zealand hops and backed up with a smooth caramel malt finish, only 7.2% abv. Available now on tap at the brewery and in 440ml cans!

We were lucky enough to team up with one of the best to do a sick collab for The Dog House DIPA. Take it as you will but from my opinion, being in The Dog House looks pretty dam good! Packaged today and fresh on tap and in 440ml cans, available in the tap room and on our website.
