🐻 Sunday Meatballs 🍝🔥

Nothing beats a Sunday cook-up, and last Sunday it was all about my homemade meatballs — rich, hearty, and full of flavour 😋 The secret to the sauce? The fat from the osso buco ( or another fatty Beef cut) slowly melts into the tomato base, creating that deep, rich taste that makes every bite next-level 🥩🍅

These help kick start my 28-day fitness reboot — high in protein, full of good fats, and seriously satisfying 💪 Perfect post-training or for a clean Sunday feed that still feels like comfort food.

🐻 Game day is coming! 💪🏉 Fueling up the right way before hitting the field can make all the difference between a good performance and a great one. The right pre-game meal gives energy, focus, and endurance to power through every quarter. Here are 5 awesome meals to eat before the game that’ll keep energy levels high and muscles ready to go! ⚡️🔥

1️⃣ Grilled Chicken with Brown Rice & Steamed Veggies – A perfect balance of lean protein and complex carbs for sustained energy. 🥦🍗
2️⃣ Wholegrain Pasta with Tomato Sauce & Tuna – Packed with slow-release carbs and omega-3s to keep the body moving strong. 🍝🐟
3️⃣ Omelette with Wholegrain Toast & Avocado – Eggs for protein, toast for carbs, and avocado for healthy fats. 🥚🥑
4️⃣ Beef Stir-Fry with Noodles & Mixed Veggies – A tasty, nutrient-rich option that’s easy to digest and full of flavor. 🍜🥩

Number's 3 and 5 are my Captain picks. I used to play fairly close to the AM so can't imagine having a stir fry in the morn.
