At Longford Park Beef, our Angus cattle are raised on the slopes of the Great Dividing Range, just outside Daylesford 🌿

We’re lucky to get plenty of rainfall up here, which means lush pasture — perfect for growing out healthy, well-finished cattle the natural way.

It’s a big part of what gives our beef its full flavour and tenderness
