This is how a real chip gets made.

Fresh spuds through the peeler, washed clean, hand-cut on the press, then cooked in beef tallow — the old-school way. That's what gives them the crunch.

The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide ranked us #6 of 37 Sydney takeaways and called them the crunchiest chips in the city. We reckon they're the Northern Beaches' best — come try a serve and tell us we're wrong.
