A bit about Muku the White Swiss Shepherd who is one of the Wine Dogs. She didn’t meet any of customers today, it was crowded and she was calm in the office. (Of course banging the door few times telling us to let her out). See this… I was cleaning up glasses and she stayed outside of the kitchen still, didn’t move even I was passing a few cm away from her nose so many times. Trust and love. We love her so much 💖

There is so much to update, and I’ll share everything slowly over the next few weeks.

It was such an incredible trip to Japan — meeting customers, chefs, sommeliers, bottle shops, and wine bars in Osaka and Kyoto, as well as joining the IWC Sake judging in Saijo, Hiroshima.

Serious work will commence from this afternoon, but had a bit of fun and learning culture in Saijo Hiroshima with judges, Toji and Kuramoto last night. You really have to visit to know that area.
来てみないと本当の事はわからない！日本の文化は素晴らしい。本日午後からIWC Sakeのイベントが始まります。昨夜は早く着いていたジャッジ達と楽しく過ごしました。

Award winning local products🤩 The Dusty Garden products are all made locally, with simple recipes that shows what ingredients have. Colour, flavour and taste😍 you don’t need too many things, just good ingredients, minimum ingredients and love ❤️ My favourite? Definitely Blackberry Jam😍 there are few more products on the shelf now 👍🏻

Take your favourite wine with you 🍷One of customers, particularly loves Rose took a bottle( could be few😅) with her for a luxury break in Sydney, couldn’t leave her favourite wine behind. She is happy, and I am so happy🥰 Thank you Jane 😍
