Tonight's dinner brought to you by a reduced bbq 🐔 from Woolies. 😜
Buuuuttttt
I did use my 2 of TM7s for making sweet potato mash & steamed corn & peas in the basket.
Quick dinner in less than half an hour after a busy day.

What's not to love 🖤

I've been meaning to use up 2 out of date cartons of cream into butter for a few weeks.
(🫣The use by date was the 15th September 😳) No judgement please...it tasted lovely 😍
Anyhow, I now have 500g of butter & 600g buttermilk in the freezer to use for cooking 🥳

Next on the list is Vanilla paste as I'm nearly out.
I still have plenty of vac packed beans for sale if anyone needs any. 5 or 10 packs. $3 per bean

It's been a bit of a week for my family 😔
We lost my Mum & Grandma 6 days ago, unexpectedly & my Dad & Grandpa this morning. Totally at peace that they are together.

Decided that we have had enough Toasties in the past few days, so it was out with the Firra cast iron pan to slow cook some Y Bone steak which was fall off the bone delicious.
Cranked up 2 TM7s & used the peeler to peel the 🥔 & made No Fail Mash in 1 & steamed carrots, a bit sweet potato, broccoli & beans in the other.
The Thermomix to the rescue, good food & very little mess.
You know when your body needs vegetables?? Tonight was the night.

I was asked today what I love about my TM7®️
🤔
My answer was the screen & EVERYTHING ELSE!
There is so much to love & I feel so lucky that I get to share my love with lots & lots of people.

I'd love to hear what you live about your Thermomix or maybe what you don't love about it. No judgement here 🤗

I always make Bruce a pile of sandwiches the night before he leaves to go back to work.
Red onion chutney, cheese, meat of some discretion, tomato & another slice of cheese to stop them from going soggy. I wrap them all separately. 🙄

I had a piece of smoked ham, so that's what he's got this time. With what was left I diced up & used the turbo mode - 1 second x 2 times - perfectly shredded & perfect for next time we make pizzas. 🍕
