🌟EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT🌟
We have some really epic news we have been sitting on for a little while.......
Laurens Larder has been operating now for four years. Starting off with the occasional pop-up and kitchen takeover, to now, a full-time venture catering for a variety of corporate events, community events, private functions, wakes and weddings. It feels like we have worked out of nearly every event space kitchen there is, community halls, sheds, people's houses, make shift kitchens, all across Esperance as far as Cascades and Condy. We have catered for hundreds of you at our pop-ups, weddings and events for 250+ people and grown into something I am incredibly proud of. It's taken a lot of hard work and resilience to get here, a lot of 'why am I doing this' moments and of course, the most amazing team of people, friends and casuals that come and go.
Working in hospitality is hard man. You don't do this job to become a millionaire. You do it for a deep passion for food, creating and community.
The growth of our business in the last two years has been HUGE, at times overwhelming 😅 so I feel like it's now time to put my big girl pants on and take Lauren's Larder into its next chapter.
Sooooo, without further ado...... introducing The Larder by Lauren's Larder. A bigger and better space for our catering kitchen so we can continue to grow that side of our business and develop our recipes and menus, but also a place you can actually call in, say hi and pick up something to go!
We are sure this space will evolve over time and we have endless ideas but just to have our own little shop is a dream!
