A big, big THANK YOU to the 26 wonderful guests who joined us for this weekend's inaugural 'The Supper Club at Hamlet' 👏👏

Friday and Saturday night was everything Steve and I hoped it would be; a room full of conversation, laughter, new friendships, familiar faces, yummy food and enjoying good company. Well we guess it was a success the bookings came straight in for next month's dates 🙏✨️🫂🫶 **11th July Now SOLD OUT

In changing times it's important that businesses pivot and adapt, and as hosted accom bookings naturally ebb and flow in the off-season, it felt like the perfect time to create a new dining experience where people can meet, greet, eat and a space to socialise and gather 'round the table.

Thank you for supporting us and we can't wait to welcome our next guests with a new yummy menu next month and always a special option for our Vegetarian guests.

Until then, we'll be polishing the silverware, setting tables, and preparing another evening of country hospitality.

As the Off-Season kicks in to gear and the in-house guests and bookings starts to taper off, we turn our attention to our Long Table Lunch 5-Course Degustation events that we have been hosting since 2022.

Also now incorporating our inaugural 'The Supper Club' set menu series on the second Friday and Saturday night of the month in June, July and August.

Winter at Hamlet gets a dreamy feel about it ..especially when the Winter sunbeams stream through the sun-room dining space.. Where the air is crisp outside but warm and snug inside .

We love this time of year, where we get to spoil you a little bit more with 'extra' gourmet treats and perfectly matched sips... in a casual and relaxed countryside setting with heartfelt and heart centred hospitality to match.

It's a must do!

3 weeks ago we celebrated our Centenary Celebrations.

We will be exhibiting this weekend at Hamilton Agricultural Show Tasmania this Saturday 14th March.

We will be retailing our award-winning products from The Bear and the Ladle Gourmet Foods and Burma In Ya Belly - Condiments, Cooking Classes, Catering we will also be serving up the gourmet treats from farm-raised produce from Hamlet Downs Country Smallgoods for you to savour with a choice of:
