Handcrafted here in Ferntree Gully, Shack Essentials was born from a personal journey to find gentler, more natural solutions for everyday health and skin. Each product is made with intention- supporting wellbeing while treading lightly on the planet.

All products are palm oil free, vegan, cruelty free and are absent of synthetic chemical fillers. Good for you and the environment as there is no plastic packaging!

Before owning Providence Foods, I worked in the social services and life coaching sectors, incorporating tarot into my coaching practice.

I don’t do out-there woo-woo (well, not too much)! I do, however, LOVE helping others on their journey to self-discovery, helping you to build your confidence in your own decision-making and add resources to your self-development toolkit.

is one tool that can help us make sense of what’s going on within from more of a soul-development perspective, helping us to see the bigger picture of our lives.

By connecting to certain images, colours and symbolism in the cards, we’re able to verbalise how we may feel inside and express our fears, hopes and wishes, make sense of where we’re at in our life journey, and discover a pathway forward.
