We’ve got Sam (human) and Rex (black cockatoo) coming down from Kaarakin.

They rescue and rehab WA’s black cockatoos - we brewed KAARAK (dark lager) to back them.

Come meet Rex. Have a beer. Keep them flying.

Led by Shauna Shapiro, with Drew Dawson in a mentoring and supporting role.

Shauna’s spent time in kitchens like Anchovy, Momofuku (ny), Lovers Canteen and Madalena's— and Drew runs The Coolroom Cafe in East Freo, along with his offshoot popup Off Licence.

Rotisserie chicken, banging sauces, fun sides.
