Harvest is officially wrapped, and we’re straight into post-harvest maintenance! 🚜✨

Now that the truffles are safely out of the ground, it’s time to give the trees some TLC. Michael’s been handy with the secateurs to keep the base of the trees open and healthy, and we have a trailer piled high with prunings! ✂️🌳

It was a team effort on the weekend, the kids were fantastic helpers (mostly!), and the dogs definitely approved of having free rein to run about. 🐶🐾 Even the goats got involved, munching down on some of the prunings.

The work on the farm never truly stops, but sunny winter days make the post-harvest hustle absolute bliss. 🍂☀️

We took the whole team out for dinner to celebrate a successful truffle season Philippe Restaurant. And of course we had to order his house speciality, truffle rotisserie chicken, it definitely lived up to expectations! Such a treat to indulge in his cooking and see him work his magic in the kitchen.
