From Aperol Spritzes enjoyed in the sunshine to a Raspberry Petit Punch made with Appleton Estate 15 Year Old Black River Casks Jamaican Rum, every pour was made better by good people, coastal air, and the kind of smiles that don’t need an excuse.

There’s nothing quite like celebrating incredible food and stunning surroundings with the right drink in hand. Thank you for helping make it one to remember. ☀️🍹

Another year bringing the Abrolhos Islands to the plate with .

We're proud to continue our partnership with a brand that champions sustainability, quality and the incredible produce of Western Australia. Wild caught in the pristine waters of the Abrolhos Islands, their Western Rock Octopus has become a favourite among chefs for its exceptional flavour and tenderness.

At Pearls and Plates Abrolhos 2026, their produce once again helped tell the story of this remarkable region through food, place and experience.

Cold beer. Good people. Abrolhos Islands. Hard to beat.

There’s something about cracking open a Gage Roads on an island in the middle of the Indian Ocean that just feels right. Proudly Australian owned and independent, their beers are made for moments exactly like this. Sun on your face, salt in the air, and good food in front of you.

Coastal, clean, and completely unpretentious. Proud to have them at the table. 🍻

Still thinking about the magic of Pearls and Plates Abrolhos 2026.

A huge thank you to .merchants for making the journey out to Post Office Island and pouring their heart into the weekend, literally. Watching Dylan and Fabian talk guests through each wine on the island was one of those quiet moments that made Pearls and Plates Abrolhos 2026 so special.

Founded in Margaret River, LS Merchants crafts minimal intervention wines that taste like somewhere real. Elegant, expressive, and made to be shared around a table exactly like ours.

We’re grateful to work with people who care as much about the story behind the glass as we do about what’s on the plate. 🍷

Pearls & Plates Abrolhos brought together an incredible group of people to embrace this raw, beautiful, and at times brutal paradise. We loved hearing your stories, those who know the Abrolhos well, and those experiencing it for the very first time.

There was laughter, connection, unforgettable moments, and of course, incredible food and drinks shared around the table. Being able to tell the story of this island, its history, its energy, and what makes it so special to us, is something we never take for granted.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for being part of it.

Chef takes it a step further, using fresh wayuzu finger limes to create his own signature blend, adding a bright, refined finish to the dish.
