My mate The BBQ GNOME knows how to get the best from a Tomahawk. Granville Butchery-QLD supplied this beauty. At a guess I reckon this will be internal temp 50 deg on the ZGrill and then an open flame to sear. What a rub to cook it this way. Enjoy Rod.
