Efo Riro (Vegetable soup)

Efo riro is a popular West African dish made by using any leafy vegetable as base. This particular one I made has the following ingredients:

Amaranth leaves
Locust beans (Iru/dawadawa)
Crayfish powder
Asa fish
Grilled turkey
Palm oil
Pepper mix (capsicum, chillies and onion blended into a paste)
Seasoning cubes
Salt to taste
