🏁 SPECTATORS – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW 🏁

McCosker Gladstone Speedway is excited to present the 2026 Harbour City Hustle, Sue Hawking Super Sedan Memorial & Late Model Queensland Title this Friday 8th and Saturday 9th May.

To help everyone enjoy the event and enter smoothly, please see below:

GATES OPEN – 2:00PM (Both Nights)
Allow time for parking and ticket scanning on entry.

DRIVERS WALK – 4:30PM (Saturday Only)
Meet the drivers as they walk through the crowd with giveaways for the kids.

PARKING
Please follow parking signage and allow for delays. CQ Motorplex will assist with parking, with a gold coin donation appreciated for their support.

PROGRAMS
Available from the Ticket Box, Bar and Softdrink Stall for $5. Prepaid programs can be collected on entry.

SEATING
Limited grandstand seating available (first in, best dressed). Bring fold-up chairs or blankets. No marquees permitted.

FOOD & DRINKS
A range of food and drink vendors will be operating throughout the venue. Home-prepared food is permitted.

ALCOHOL & LICENSING
Bar accepts Cash & EFTPOS.
BYO alcohol is strictly prohibited throughout the venue, including pits.
Alcohol must remain within the fenced licensed area.
Only mid-strength beer, wine and spirits available.
Valid ID may be requested.
Children permitted in licensed area with a supervising adult.

SMOKING
Please use designated smoking areas only.

EVENT TIMES
Friday
• 5:45PM – Opening Ceremony/Racing commences
• 8:50PM – Interval/Pit Walk (time permitting)

Saturday
• 4:45PM – Opening Ceremony/Racing commences
• 8:30PM – Interval/Pit Walk + FIREWORKS (time permitting)

10:00PM – Racing Concludes (Both Nights)

PIT WALK
Open to all spectators during interval. No pit pass required. Enclosed shoes must be worn. Please return promptly to spectator areas when requested so racing can recommence safely.

PLEASE REMEMBER
Our team is made up of hardworking volunteers who give their time for the love of the sport and community. Please be respectful and enjoy the event.

🚫 Abusive behaviour towards staff, contractors or fellow patrons will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue.
