Real Texas BBQ Catering Business specialising in slow cooked, smoked meats. We are a family business catering Real Texas style BBQ! We cater for any occasion large or small.

Our specialty is slow cooked meats that melt in your mouth, leaving you wanting more. We do anything from pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken, ribs or smoked sausages but can cook other types of meat on request. All of our sauces and rubs are created by Michael Page the Founder of Heavenly Hell Hot Sauces. His recipes are all unique and made from scratch, using organic chillies. We are not limited

to just Texas BBQ. We also do Louisiana/Cajun style cooking, including prawn boils, gumbo, shrimp po-boys etc. And in the near future are looking at incorporating Tex Mex into our menu. If you like the Aussie BBQ then you are sure to enjoy this style of cooking. The taste is like nothing you have experienced before, it takes the humble BBQ to a whole new level.
