We went to the sandstone point hotel for dinner and I have to say this capricciosa pizza with fresh Prosciutto on top had to be the best Pizza I have ever tasted in all Australia and that’s the truth

You guys get pizza of the year in my opinion. Don’t take my word for it

I love the dry age
My personal opinion would like thicker but other than that was very nice
I look forward to more dry age meat tasting I won’t score as it’s a butchery but top job guys keep it up

And looking forward to lots of other meats to try next coming weeks guys

The pastrami and salami were amazing too and will post tomorrow. Watch this space guys these guys are doing great things.
