The Club, Parkwood. A good start for a parmi review. Respectable sized chicken, crispy crumbed with shaved ham, perhaps slightly too thin for my liking. Golden melted cheese. First bite; succulent chicken and a light crisp. Good portion of chips and fresh garden salad. A solid 8/10.
