I had a wonderful demo yesterday and one of the lovely ladies there had recommended for the pizza, Bianca to add the rosemary and garlic to the dough incorporating it within the dough and then cooking it and it came out beautiful. It smelled amazing. I wish I’d gotten a picture of when it was cooked, but this is it after it was proved. Deeanne Wenham thank you for a lovely morning and for the great tips.

American style pancakes for breakfast for Fi this morning. If I didn’t have a thermomix I couldn’t see myself having the time to make these in the morning but it gives me hands free time while mixing them and that gives me time to get my little ones up. Full tummies going to school is so important.

Also Chia or Fi calls them sprinkles 🤣🤣 she always has them with her cream and fruit a good start to the day!

What I made today I used the browning mode on my TM7 and manually cooked my soup from my own recipe.
I also made the basic bread rolls which is a demo dish by the way if anyone would like to give these a go in the upcoming demos they are crusty on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
I then decided to give the crispy fried chicken a go and they were such a hit with the kids too not as spicy as kfc ones which they both demolished them.
