I’ve never been a big steak eater myself but my husband’s been cooking them in tallow in a cast iron pan on the Weber BBQ lately, I opted for one for dinner the other night and I’m hooked! So funny because I got this photo and text from a friend the following day! Our neighbours mouths would be watering with the smell of steaks cooking in tallow 🤤
