Glenreagh Community Markets 1st Saturday of each month ex Jan' loads of food, homemade/handmade treats, Bric a Brac, plants etc

The Glenreagh Village Market is held on the first Saturday of every month in the School of Arts Hall and surrounding grounds. Homegrown produce, cooking and craft which gives these markets a delightful local flavour. Come along and try some of the delicious culinary treats, freshly picked herbs and veges and maybe purchase a scarf to protect against the elements. Replace some of those plants lost

to the weather and try some locally produced beef pies. The Village Market a great place to visit, meet friends for a Devonshire "cuppa" and introduce yourself to some of the friendly locals.

Coming to the Markets on Saturday 7th December ??
The Glenreagh Memorial Museum is open every market day and is located in the School of Arts building, dating back to 1915. Our collection embraces the many aspects of life as it was in the valley from the heady days of gold mining to the thriving early timber industry, education and social events. Visitors enjoy their walk down memory lane, Glenreagh is the oldest village in the Orara Valley, and has retained much of the atmosphere from its early years as a gold mining and timber area.
