Hi Heathcote.

We’re back from today!
Trading as usual 8.30am - 3pm, Wednesday to Sunday outside Palling Bros Brewery .

168 High street, Heathcote .

Introducing our new staff member OTTO. He will be in charge of our Public Relations Department.

After puppy training. Otto, will be onsite to meet and greet you. He’s a great little guy, with lots of personality!

Howdy Folks.

After Sunday (tomorrow), we will be closing for a much needed break.

The Cuban Sandwich!

"Served as lunch for thousands of immigrant Cuban cigar workers and other Spanish, Italian and Jewish immigrants drawn to Ybor City in Tampa, Florida, USA.

Spanish speakers called it a mixto, because of the mixed meats. English speakers called it a Cuban, because that’s who they saw eating it"

Lovingly homemade pulled pork, ham, homemade pickles, and mustard. Everything hugged in swiss cheese and held together by artisan sourdough - heaven!
