Mussels are one of the most environmentally sustainable and healthiest forms of protein. Delicious, versatile and so easy to cook! Our mussels are NASAA Organic certified, Friends of the Sea Sustainable certified and freshly harvested from Spring Bay on the East Cost of Tasmania. We source the ingredients for our recipes from local producers ensure that our food is always fresh and in season. In a

ddition we try to incorporate Tasmanian native foods as much as possible into our dishes to add our own unique twist. Come down to the market and see what we have!
