Ceviche and street tacos were on the menu last Friday. Thanks to this fabulous group of ladies we cooked up a delicious Mexican feast for lunch. Chilled Palomas were shared in the veggie garden and there were many stories and laughs around the table.

I am fermenting lots of kimchi for our upcoming Korean Cooking Class October 17. I only have one spot left for this spicy, savory experience so pop a message over if you would like to join in the culinary fun. We will be making my step-by-step kimchi recipe for everyone to take home. Let's cook up japchae, gochujang beef cheeks, moong dahl pancakes and I will provide lots of banchan to go with the dining experience.

Saturday November 7 is our last Vegetarian and Gut Health worksop for the year. Seriously the year has disappeared! There are four spots open for this beautiful vegetable forward experience. Let's get cooking with some delectable recipes. Here are our upcoming classes with availability:

Saturday November 7 is our Vegetarian & Gut Health Workshop with recipes written around our seasonal garden. We discussed how to add protein to a vegetarian diet and continue our conversation on the importance of gut health. This is a great class for meal prep and using a diversity of plants to keep you feeling fab. Four spots available.

Saturday December 12 is our Mediterranean Christmas Class. Seafood, summer vegetables, mezze, and recipes that you can prep ahead so you have time with your family on Christmas day. This class has booked up quickly and I have two spots available.

All our classes offer hands on, immersive cooking with garden tour and forage and a beautiful dining experience surround by nature. See you in the kitchen food lovers 💚
