A new chapter is about to begin.

Over the past few months, we've spent a lot of time reflecting on who we are, what we stand for, and the experience we want to create for our community.
While our passion for beautiful pastries and specialty coffee remains unchanged, we believe the space around that experience matters just as much.
To bring that vision to life, our Brisbane st store will be closing for approximately three weeks from June 23 while we undertake a complete refresh of the space.
Our goal is simple: to create a warm, welcoming patisserie that feels like a small pause from the chaos of everyday life. A place where you can slow down for a moment, enjoy exceptional coffee, savour a freshly baked pastry, share a conversation with a friend, or simply sit quietly and enjoy being present.
The new space will better reflect our evolving brand and the experience we have always wanted to create — refined, considered and intentional, while remaining approachable and welcoming to everyone who walks through our doors.
While the space may be changing, the things that matter most will not.
The same team will be here.
The same commitment to quality will remain.
The same passion for delicious pastries, cakes and specialty coffee will continue to guide everything we do.
During this period, our Silkstone store will remain open and trading as normal. Any pre-orders placed for collection from Brisbane Street will also continue to be available as usual.
To every customer who has supported us over the years, thank you. Whether you've visited once or have been with us since the beginning, your support has allowed us to keep growing, improving and dreaming bigger.
We cannot wait to welcome you back and share this next chapter with you.
