🖤✨ The Anti-Wedding Collective ✨🖤

Not every cake is made for a customer, and this one was something truly special.

I recently had the opportunity to be part of The Anti-Wedding Collective, a collaboration bringing together a group of incredibly talented small businesses to create something a little different. The vision was to showcase an alternative wedding style that embraces the darker, more romantic side of love, proving that weddings don’t have to follow tradition to be beautiful.

For this design I created:

🖤 Biscoff Buttercream Filling
🖤 Semi-Naked American Buttercream Finish
🖤 White Chocolate Drip (custom coloured)
🖤 Styled with Artificial Flowers

Working alongside other passionate creatives was such a wonderful experience. It was inspiring to see everyone contribute their unique talents towards a shared vision, and I am so grateful to have been included.

Sometimes the best projects aren’t about the sale. They’re about creativity, connection, supporting fellow small businesses and stepping outside your comfort zone to create something magical together.

This colourful beauty was created to celebrate a fabulous 40th birthday, with plenty of sparkle, glamour and fun!

🎂 Two-tier vanilla mud cake, featuring beautiful pink vanilla mud layers
💗 Filled with fluffy vanilla cream, also dyed pink for a gorgeous surprise when sliced
🧁 Covered in silky American buttercream
💎 Handmade candy gems created from scratch by me
✨ Finished with edible glitter and sprinkles galore

From the handmade gems to the colourful piping and sparkling finish, every detail was designed to create a cake that was vibrant, fun and full of personality. The perfect centrepiece for a fabulous 40th celebration! 💖

A little bit of magic for a very special birthday girl who has just turned 5! 🦄✨

This adorable Caticorn cake was created to bring together two favourites, cats and unicorns, in one sweet design.

Today’s baked treats were for my own little demon who officially turned 5 💜✨
And of course, she requested a K-Pop Demon Hunters themed birthday!

This one was SO much fun to create with all the bold pinks, purples, sparkle and character details.

I honestly love when kids pick themes outside the “usual” because it gives me a chance to get creative and bring their little personalities to life 🩷💜

Cupcakes, cupcakes and more cupcakes! 🧁💙🧡

This order was for 30 vanilla cupcakes that were completely allergy-friendly, with no nuts or eggs, in a fun blue and orange colour theme.

I decided to do 10 blue, 10 orange, and mix the colours together for the final 10 to make the whole set pop. The buttercream was also bubblegum flavoured for an extra sweet touch!

When I was approached to see if I could do a leopard print cake I immediately said YES! How fun is that?!

This here is a:
- 6 inch 2 (thick) layers or caramel cake (Yum!)
- caramel cream filling (also yum!)
- American buttercream
- butter ganache undercoat
- edible print wrap
- non-edible pink ribbons
- edible decorations

Such a fun cake to do! I also love it when there is a butter ganache involved as this helps the prints or decorations stick to the cake.

So this is a first for me.

Was requested over the weekend to make a mini 3 tiered cake for pick up today between 12-1, they paid the 50% non refundable deposit … aaaannnnddd now I’ve been ghosted.

Can’t say I’ve experienced this before, but there are always many firsts when running your own hobby hustle.

Anyhoo….

Here is a 3 tiered vanilla mud cake (4”, 3” and 2”)
Vanilla cream filling
American buttercream
