I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be bringing my sourdough workshop to Port Douglas for the very first time!

Join me on Saturday, 7th November at 10:30am at the beautiful Reef Resort Villas Port Douglas for a relaxed, hands-on morning learning all things sourdough.

We’ll cover the basics of making your own sourdough at home, including working with your starter, mixing, shaping, baking and all those little tips and tricks that make sourdough so much easier (and less intimidating!).

And what better place to spend the day? 🌴
The Reef Resort is such a beautiful space, and it’s the perfect excuse to make a day of it , enjoy the workshop, stay for lunch, or even turn it into a little Port Douglas getaway.

Spaces will be limited, so if you’d love to join me, send me a message to secure your spot.

I’m so excited to show you what will be available at my market stall this Sunday!

I’ll be at the Bushy Creek Makers Fair in Julatten this Sunday, 20th September, from 8:45am, with a selection of your favourites… plus a few exciting new additions!

Alongside the food menu, I’ll also have an assortment of sourdough essentials available, including sourdough starters, starter kits, tote bags, and bread knives , perfect for anyone wanting to start or continue their sourdough journey.

I might be a little quiet on here over the next day or two while I get everything ready for the Sunday market, as well as my Saturday morning sourdough workshop at the Makers Fair. There’s lots happening behind the scenes! 🥰

I can’t wait to see so many familiar faces, meet some new ones, and share all the goodies I’ve been busy making.

A beautiful blend of herbs, garlic, chilli (optional) & a few little extras, made to be mixed with your favourite olive oil for the ultimate bread dip.

Think warm, fresh sourdough, good olive oil and a bowl of this in the middle of the table.
Simple, delicious and very hard to stop dipping into.

Unfortunately no cookies or bagels this week.

Delivery available on Wednesday- Mossman to Mowbray & collection available in Julatten.

* please note I will not be baking next week (Wednesday 16th September) as I prepare for a huge weekend at Bushy Creek Makers Fair, i’ll be there both days with a sourdough workshop (Saturday) & a market stall (Sunday).
