A little milestone for Outback Delights! 💚

Today I officially entered the 2026 Melbourne Royal Australian Food Awards. 🏅

I've entered three of my favourite products – Tomato Relish, Lemon Butter and Chilli Jam. These are all made by hand in small batches right here in Kalgoorlie, so it's pretty surreal to see them heading to one of Australia's most respected food competitions.

Whether they come home with a medal or not, I'm incredibly proud to have reached a point where I feel confident enough to put them in front of some of the country's best judges.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Outback Delights along the way. Every purchase, kind word and recommendation has helped make opportunities like this possible.

Now comes the nervous wait until the results in September! 🤞
