Chicken Adobo with Potatoes, Carrots & Oishii chilli oil.

Ingredients
500 g chicken tenderloin
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 carrots, sliced into chunks
2 bay leaves
1 tsp Oishii chilli oil
A dash of soy sauce, add more to your liking
1 tsp fish sauce
Juice of 1/2 lime
Water
Salt and pepper to taste
