Our lamb is raised following regenerative agricultural principles near Kapunda to ensure that our meat tastes exactly as nature intended, free from pharmaceutical inputs whilst ensuring our land is managed in a holistic manner.

Our orders are closing tomorrow, Tuesday 1 September for delivery on Sunday 13 September and orders can be placed through our website.

At Gilberdale, we believe in complete transparency and feel that you should only pay for the meat that you actually receive.

When comparing suppliers, it is always good to find out if you are being quoted on an actual boxed meat received weight, or a carcass weight prior to the meat being processed, as there can be a 30-40% price difference with beef!

Our prices, are all on final boxed weights.

We have teamed up with local farmers who raise grass fed and finished beef following similar ethics to us at Gilberdale, so we can now bring you beef boxes, all processed in our licensed on-farm meat facility!!!
