Keeping the Beef going!!!
We had a heap of messages about doing more videos!! (Some not so nice aswell)🤐🙄.
This is the way alot of Stations and remote cattle people get there meat!! Doesn't require machinery and there is no waste!! Its hung in a coolroom for 2 weeks before being used.This could be handy to a few during these uncertain times!!!?? Bloody lovely!!!😛😛🥩🥩

We get asked alot from young people in the industry about butchering. We bone out ours on the ground and then hang it in the coolroom for a couple of weeks.
