Five days until we open the doors to GF4U Keilor Village!

And we keep thinking about that first morning.

The coffee machine will be on. ☕
The cabinets will be full. 🥐🍰
The bread shelves will be stocked.
And for the first time, we’ll get to welcome you into the space we’ve been working so hard to create.

If you’re gluten free, you know how often food comes with questions.

Can I eat that? Is it safe? Do I have to miss out?

We want GF4U Keilor Village to be somewhere you can walk in, look at a cabinet full of delicious food and simply think…

Come with us on the emotional roller coaster of sharing our Gluten Free 4U Keilor Village news with some of our friends!

For months we kept that we were adding a GF4U cafe to our existing business.

We simply told everyone we were renovating.

We carefully curated the social media for GF4U Keilor Village to show no trace of us.

We even had people doing drive bys to try and find our location!

So we chose to surprise some of our closest people and record their reactions!

Keeping the secret for months was worth it for this day!

We can’t wait to become YOUR local when we open this Saturday!

It’s getting VERY real now.

In just 6 days, the doors to GF4U Keilor Village will officially open! 🎉☕🥐

What started as an idea is now almost ready to become your new local gluten-free destination.

A place where you can walk in and know everything is gluten and nut free.

Where you can grab a coffee and a croissant, choose something delicious from the cabinet, pick up bread to take home, or find the perfect cake for a celebration.

And most importantly, a place where being gluten free doesn’t mean missing out. 🧡

We cannot wait to finally open those doors and welcome you in.

Things are starting to take shape! 🧡

Our new cabinets have arrived, and seeing them delivered makes GF4U Keilor Village feel another big step closer to becoming real.

We’re also super excited that from delivered above and beyond our brief in his design and build.

Soon, these cabinets will be filled with delicious gluten-free favourites, ready for you to enjoy without having to question whether there is something here for you.

With only 13 days remaining, we can’t wait to welcome you through the doors.

👩‍🍳 The best kitchens are never really just about the food.

They’re about the people gathered around them.

The conversations, the laughter, the familiar faces and that feeling that you’ve found somewhere you belong.

🧡 And that is exactly what we hope GF4U Keilor Village becomes.

Bringing Gluten Free 4 U to our little corner of Keilor means far more to us than simply opening a store.

We know that for so many people, being gluten free has meant missing out.

🍞 Missing out on the cake everyone else is sharing. Walking into a café and finding there’s only one thing you can safely eat.

Watching everyone else choose from a cabinet full of beautiful food while your choices are limited. Or having to ask, check and double-check before you can simply enjoy something.

We understand that feeling, and it’s one of the reasons opening these doors is so emotional for us.
