Frozen quarters of Beef (half a side) available for sale. Pastured finished. No antibiotics or hormones.
Boxed and Vacuum packed. Butchered at a licensed premises.
Pickup from the farm in Kellevie, or free delivery between Dunalley and Hobart.

Quarters of Beef contain a mix of all cuts from the steer. You receive a mix of roasts, steaks, corned silverside, soup bones and mince (plus optional dog bones).

$14.50/kg based on hanging weight (butchered & trimmed weight is less).
Two quarters currently available:
Option 1: 47kg hanging weight $681.50. Steaks regular thickness.
Option 2: 40.25kg hanging weight $583.60. Steaks thick cut (suits people who prefer their steaks on the rare side).

We will have some beef available soon, order by this Friday 25th October for a quarter of beef pack (half a side) $780-$975 depending of how big the steer ends up weighing (estimated hanging weight is 60-75kg, translating to about 36-43kg plus free optional bones). Free delivery 10th November.

Is there interest for smaller amounts of beef to collect from us at Kellevie in November? For example we could do 5-10kg packs of mixed cuts. Let me know if this might interest you.
